  1. Cooking the dough: we breed yeast in milk to rise (minutes 10-15), then add salt, sugar, egg, milk and flour, all mix, you should get a cool smooth dough, add a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil and leave to rise for 2 hours.
  2. Cooking the filling: mix the cottage cheese with sugar and cinnamon.
  3. When the dough has risen, cut it into pieces, stretch hands on long stripes and spread along the whole test stuffing, twist in the shape of a heart (as shown in the video).
  4. Grease the buns with egg yolk and put in the oven for 30 min at 180 °.
