  1. Take a small pot. Pour 4 cups of water and bring to boiling. Constantly stir gently pour 1.5 cups cornmeal. Add chopped marjoram. Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes to thicken the polenta.
  2. Polenta lay evenly on a baking sheet with high sides or in a large flat shape. Cover with foil. Leave on the table on 1 hour for the mass to cool.
  3. Mushrooms, onions, garlic cut. Fry in olive oil.
  4. Crush mozzarella, chop oregano. Add to pan with mushrooms. Pepper to taste.
  5. Grind bell pepper in a blender. Add a quarter glasses of water.
  6. Grate Parmesan.
  7. Cut the chilled polenta in half to use as 2 layer of lasagna.
  8. Grease a heat-resistant baking dish with oil. Half put the polenta in a greased form. Lay half in layers bell pepper, half mushrooms with herbs, half parmesan. Put a second layer of polenta, pepper, mushrooms and cheese.
  9. Preheat the oven to 180 g. Put the lasagna bake for 20 minutes.
