- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp finely grated orange zest
- 2/3 Art. yogurt
- Vegetable oil, for deep fat (about 6 tablespoons)
- Chocolate sauce or boiled condensed milk, in warm condition for dipping

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat a layer of vegetable oil 8 cm. In a large deep pan until the thermometer registers 170 ° C.
- Combine in a bowl a mixture of corn muffins, flour, sugar, baking powder and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Stir in the eggs, orange zest, yogurt and beat until smooth.
- Fill the pastry bag with half a large tip with a hole in the shape of a star, and churros 10 cm long in oil, about 4 at a time (if you have there is no pastry bag, you can put the dough with a spoon in stripes in butter).
- Fry until golden for about 15 seconds with one hand turning over once. Remove from the oil using skimmers and let dry on paper towels. Repeat with the remaining test.
- Combine the remaining 1 tsp. cinnamon with sugar to taste and sprinkle churros. Serve churros with chocolate dip sauce in warm form.
