- Pour corn and wheat flour into a bowl. Add paprika and a pinch of salt. Stir the dry mixture. Pour in vegetable oil and 140 ml of hot water. Knead the dough. Cover the bowl or cling film and refrigerate.
- Wash and cut tomatoes in thin circles.
- Put the cottage cheese in a bowl. Salt and pepper. Add rosemary or other herbs.
- Divide the dough into two parts and roll out two circles.
