  1. Pour corn and wheat flour into a bowl. Add paprika and a pinch of salt. Stir the dry mixture. Pour in vegetable oil and 140 ml of hot water. Knead the dough. Cover the bowl or cling film and refrigerate.
  2. Wash and cut tomatoes in thin circles.
  3. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl. Salt and pepper. Add rosemary or other herbs.
  4. Divide the dough into two parts and roll out two circles.
  5. Having departed from the edges of 4-5 cm, lay out on the center of both circles even a layer of half the cottage cheese. Spread tomato mugs on top. Salt and pepper a little.
  6. Bend the edges of the dough up to partially cover the filling pies. Lubricate the edges of the dough with butter.
  7. Grease a baking sheet with butter and put both biscuits.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put biscuits baked for 30 minutes.
