  1. We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Boil the shells until half cooked (about 5 minutes). Ready the shells can be washed slightly with cold water so that they do not stick together and they will be conveniently stuffed.

  6. Stuffing the minced meat to the side, and the liquid part of the sauce gently pour to the bottom of a small baking dish. Add to the stuffing half the grated cheese and mix.
  7. Half-finished shells are filled with prepared minced meat with cheese and put in the form on the sauce.
  8. With the remaining grated cheese, sprinkle our shells on top. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees about 15-20 minutes until until the conciglioni become rosy.
