Cold melon soup

  • 2 tbsp. l plus 1.5 tsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. diced spanish jamon serrano
  • 1 sliced lime for serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. Chill 4 soup bowls in the refrigerator. Put melon and peppermint in blender and mashed potatoes. Add sour cream and keep whisking until components do not mix completely. Pour chilled soup bowl, sprinkle each serving with a little chopped diced ham and mint.
