  1. Cut the fish into portions, salt, pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, mix and set aside for a few minutes until vegetables are cooked.
  2. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots.
  3. In a pan with oil, lightly fry the onions, add carrots, mix and fry for another 3-5 minutes.
  4. Roll the fish in flour and fry on both sides until crusty.
  5. For sauce in a saucepan, melt butter, add flour and mix. Pour in milk, add salt and pepper to taste, mix and cook until thickened.
  6. Put the fish in a baking dish, put the vegetables on top and pour the sauce.
  7. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
