  3. Pour oil into a frying pan heated over medium heat. warm it and fry onions, carrots, bell peppers until golden crust for 3-4 minutes stirring. Add cabbage and fry another 4-5 minutes, stirring
  4. Then add 100 ml of water, oregano, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring, add tomato paste, mix and simmer until tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
