Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr salted cod (soak in cold water overnight, changing water about 3 times)
- 2 large chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 tbsp., Plus 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 large onion halves
- 2 cloves garlic cloves
- 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
- Salt and ground black pepper
- Sliced green onions for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- In a large skillet over high heat, heat 1/2 tbsp. olive oil, put onions, garlic and thyme. Saute the onions in for 6 minutes
- Cut the salted fish into 2.5 cm slices and place in the pan. Fry for 5 minutes, add the tomatoes and the remaining oil. Salt and pepper to taste, and simmer another 15 minutes. Sprinkle chopped green onions.
