  1. Grind mushrooms with garlic and shallots in a blender. AT put a piece of butter in a preheated pan and put out mushroom mixture. Evaporate for 10 minutes and then fry.
  2. Salt, pepper, remove from heat and pour in half the cream.
  3. Lubricate the molds with butter, put mushrooms on the bottom, then grated cheese, in the center, make a small indentation and break on top of the egg. Pour in cream and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Put the forms on a baking sheet, pour boiling water into the baking sheet and send to the oven to bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
