  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Beat the egg with a whisk (1 pcs), add cottage cheese (200 gr), mix.
  2. Add vanillin and sahzam to taste, mix. Add 1 tbsp cocoa (13 g), coconut shavings 60 g (3/4 cup), mix.
  3. Add 2 tbsp rice flour (40 g) and 1/2 tsp soda, well mix. Form cookies, put on a mold (shape cover with baking paper or silicone mat).
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Enjoy your meal!
