- In 100 ml of water add half a teaspoon of yeast, a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar. Mix.
- Add 200 gr of flour and knead the dough. Add a little olive oil and knead the dough again.
- Leave the dough for an hour in a warm place.
- Chop ham, tomato, olives and cheese.
- When the dough rises, form a cake, one half put the stuffing. Close pizza in the second half.
- Pinch the edges.
- Grease pizza with olive oil, sprinkle oregano and optional poppy seeds.
- Send to the preheated oven to the maximum by laying the pizza on a hot pan.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
