Do you like pizza ?! A closed pizza ?! I think pizza lovers on much more than her opponents, despite the fact that she is closed or open. It’s good to eat pizza, but it’s fiddling with a dough I don’t feel like it at all. I offer you the option of closed pizza for the preparation of which will take only 10 minutes. The essence of this pizza is that it is done using thick pita bread. The filling can be any at your discretion. My filling is classic with sausage, ripe and sweet tomato, spicy olives, mouth-watering cheese and of course fragrant basil. For giving pizza even more appetizing “cap” I greased butter and sprinkled with dry garlic.

- Before you start cooking pizza, you need to prepare all the ingredients for the filling. Cut boiled sausage into slices, tomato slices, halves or quarters, depending on fruit size, grate cheese, chop olives slices, basil tear with your hands.
