- 2 heads of cabbage, chopped
- 4 carrots, grated
- 1/4 head of red cabbage, chopped
- 2 tbsp. whole milk
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. l Sahara
- 4 tsp vinegar 5%
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1/4 Art. chopped parsley

Recipe preparation:
- Combine the carrots and the whole cabbage in a large bowl. Squeeze the cabbage hands.
- In another bowl, mix milk, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, black pepper, cayenne pepper and salt. Add more if necessary milk if you like a more fluid consistency. Pour dressing cabbage and mix well. Add parsley and again mix.
