- Peel one kg of potato, peel and dry.
- Thinly chop or rub on a special grater.
- Add 1 tbsp. l paprika and Adyghe salt, 2-3 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
- Mix thoroughly and spread on a baking sheet.
- Bake one hour at 220 degrees.
- Serve with adjika or as a side dish.
