This delicious cold dessert is made from three types citrus fruits: lemon, orange and lime. Each of them has its own special notes that, when mixed, turn into a bouquet refreshing flavors, interestingly complemented by mint. For cooking simple mint syrup is first boiled, which is then mixed with juice and citrus zest. Sorbet is frozen in an ice cream maker and freezes in the freezer. Serve it by sprinkling italian limoncello liquor and enjoy this balanced sweet and sour and invigorating taste.

- 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 0.5 tbsp. fresh mint leaves
- 1.5 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice (7 lemons)
- 1 tbsp. l lemon zest
- 1 tbsp. l orange zest
- 1 zest zest
- Juice 1 Orange
- A drop of Limoncello to sprinkle sorbet
- Mint sprigs for serving
- Special equipment: ice cream maker

Recipe preparation:
- In a small saucepan, mix sugar and 1 tbsp. water and on moderately bring to a boil over high heat. Cook, stirring, until sugar dissolve in about 10 minutes. Remove from the stove, add the mint leaves and let it brew for about 15 minutes until the syrup cools. Strain syrup in a medium-sized bowl. Add lemon juice, zest lemon, orange zest, lime zest, orange juice and 0.5 tbsp. water. Shuffle.
- Pour the mixture into the frozen bowl of the ice cream maker and cook sorbet in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Shift sorbet into a deep baking dish, close tightly with a lid and put in the freezer to freeze for at least 4 hours or at night.
- To serve, put the sorbet in a bowl, sprinkle with limoncello and garnish with a sprig of mint.
