  1. Heat the milk, melt the butter in it and pour yeast. Let it brew for 10 minutes. Then add salt and a spoon Sahara.
  2. Mash the banana with a fork and send together with 150 g flour to milk. Stir and cover the rest of the flour. Knead the dough and leave on an hour in a warm place.
  3. Roll out the dough, cut the banana into circles.
  4. Grease the dough with butter, sprinkle with cloves, cinnamon and nuts, put the banana in rows.
  5. Then roll the dough into a roll and cut it into 8 identical parts. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  6. Grease a form with butter, put buns and send to bake for 50 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, melt 3 tbsp. butter, add milk and icing sugar. Stir and slightly warm. Pour the mixture ready buns.
