  1. We wash the apples, remove the core and finely chop. Spread apples in a bowl and sprinkle them with lemon juice.
  2. Preheat the oven to 90 degrees. We cover the baking sheet baking paper and spread our apple circles.
  3. Mix sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle apples with this mixture.
  4. Dry on one side for 2 hours, then turn over and dry again as many.
