  1. Mix warm milk and yeast.
  2. Beat eggs with a mixer until lush foam.
  3. Then add beaten eggs to milk and yeast, 150 grams sugar, and softened butter
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour and sugar (60g).
  5. Add the flour mixture to the milk and gently knead the dough, it should not stick to hands.
  6. Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
  7. Then sprinkle the table with flour and roll the dough into a thin layer .
  8. Lubricate the dough with softened butter (30g)
  9. Sprinkle with a mixture of powder (50g) and cinnamon, evenly distributing over the test.
  10. Roll it tightly. Chop the roll.
  11. Cover the form with parchment paper and lay out the buns.
  12. Put in an oven preheated to 160 degrees at 50 minutes.
  13. Glaze: mix cheese, powder (50g) and the remaining butter.
  14. Mix gently until smooth.
  15. Once the buns are ready, remove from the oven and pour with icing. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!!
