  • 1 and 1/4 Art. whole milk
  • 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Butter

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 and 1/4 Art. premium flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • Deep-frying vegetable oil

Caramel sauce

  • 500 gr. condensed milk
  • 3/4 Art. coconut milk

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cooking caramel sauce: pour the condensed milk into medium pan and put on medium heat, heat from 10 to 15 min., Stirring constantly, until it turns light caramel color and will not begin to move away from the side walls. Gradually add coconut milk and stir until mixture is will be homogeneous (about 5 minutes); put aside.
  2. Cooking churros: put milk in a medium pan, butter, sugar, vanilla and salt and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves. Reduce heat to medium. Add flour and vigorously mix with a wooden spoon for about 1 minute. Put the dough in large bowl and cool slightly (about 5 min.). Add eggs over one and beat with a mixer. Transfer the dough to the pastry shop bag with a small tip.
  3. Pour sugar in a shallow plate to sprinkle churros (about 1/2 tbsp.). Heat about 5 cm. Of vegetable oil in a wide pan until the thermometer shows 180 ° C.
