- 2 tbsp. nonfat cream

- 1 tbsp. with a slice of grated cheese Pepper Jack
- 1/3 Art. chopped green onions
- 12 bread bowls, without crumb

Recipe preparation:
- In a large saucepan over moderate heat, melt the creamy butter. Add onions and fry for a couple of minutes. Add bacon and fry another minute or so, and then add bell peppers and cook for a few minutes. Finally, add the corn and fry for a minute.
- Sprinkle the flour on top evenly and mix. Pour in chicken stock and mix well. The mixture should thicken within 3-4 minutes, then turn down the heat to a minimum. Stir in low-fat cream, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Then mix in both types of cheese and spring onions. When cheese it will melt and the soup will become hot, taste it. At season with salt and pepper. Pour into bread bowls and serve immediately.
