Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 peeled and sliced 2.5 cm. Seedless cucumber
- 340 gr ripe cherry tomatoes halves
- 6 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 minced cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp coarse salt plus some more to taste
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp chopped fresh oregano
- Ground black pepper
- 170 gr (about 1 tbsp.) calamata olives
- 225 gr. crumbled feta cheese
- 1 peeled stems and torn in small pieces head of romaine lettuce (approximately 450 gr.)
- 1 sliced 1.5 cm slices. Small red head onions (soak in cold water for 5 minutes and drain water)
- 1 seed-peeled and diced green pepper
