- Stir flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, baking powder in a bowl.

- If the resulting mixture is too thick, add more some milk. The mixture will be very tender, airy, like mousse.
- Grease cupcakes with butter and sprinkle cocoa.
- Put the mixture in molds and send in preheated to 180С oven for 25-30 minutes. Do not open the oven for the first 20 minutes, otherwise the cupcakes will fall. Willingness to check with a toothpick.
- Ready cupcakes can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or coated cream.
