  1. Stir flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, baking powder in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the butter at room temperature with sugar 3-5 minutes, add the egg and beat well again.
  3. Then add sour cream and melted cooled chocolate and beat until smooth.
  4. Then add 1/3 of the cocoa flour mixture and beat, then half milk and mix. And so gradually introduce flour and milk and mix until smooth.
  5. If the resulting mixture is too thick, add more some milk. The mixture will be very tender, airy, like mousse.
  6. Grease cupcakes with butter and sprinkle cocoa.
  7. Put the mixture in molds and send in preheated to 180С oven for 25-30 minutes. Do not open the oven for the first 20 minutes, otherwise the cupcakes will fall. Willingness to check with a toothpick.
  8. Ready cupcakes can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or coated cream.
