Today I will share with you a recipe for making a delicious home chocolate granola. Simply put, baked muesli. And unlike those that you can buy in the store are 100% natural. And the most most importantly, the ingredients and their amount can be completely fine-tuned for yourself.

- Grind almonds or any other nuts and mix with oatmeal and carob powder.
- Grate the apple and add to the cereal.
- Pour a mixture of orange juice with carob syrup (or any another sweetener).
- Mix very well and place on a baking sheet.
- Dry in the oven 150º-170º for about 45 minutes. Every 15 minutes the granola needs to be mixed so that it dries evenly.
- At the end, add dried fruits and dry in the oven for another 15 minutes.
- When our muesli has cooled, they will become crispy. And it will be possible put them in a sealed container for storage.
- To eat with any milk, juice or dairy products, according to If desired, add chocolate pieces and cinnamon to the plate.
