  1. Heat the oven to 190 degrees.
  2. Pour water, salt and oil (130 g) into the pan, stir and boil.
  3. Add flour (200 gr), over low heat, mix quickly until the lumps of flour disappear, stir for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Mix the mass from the fire, cool (about 3-5 minutes), add cocoa, then add 6 eggs one at a time, whipping each time by the mixer.
  5. Spread in portions, using a pastry bag or tablespoon on a baking sheet (covered with baking paper).
  6. Bake for about 45 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave on 15 minutes. After opening the oven a bit, pull out after 15 minutes eclairs.
  7. Cream: milk, eggs (2 pcs), sugar, flour (3 tbsp), mix whisk.
  8. Put on medium heat, cook the cream, stirring constantly whisk. Cook for about 10-15 minutes before thickening (until boiling).
  9. Remove the cream from the heat, cool, add 100 g of butter and vanillin, mix. (Optionally add zest orange).
  10. Make a cut and add cream (2-3 tsp in one eclair). Enjoy your meal!
