  1. Cooking a biscuit. Beat eggs with sugar (100 gr.) Until mass tripled.
  2. Kefir is warmed to room temperature and add soda. Mix well for a minute, the mass should increase in two to three times.
  3. I add kefir with soda to the egg mixture, gently I am mixing.
  4. Sift flour into a separate bowl, add cocoa, baking powder dough and sugar (100g.).
  5. Mix the dry ingredients.
  6. I begin to add the flour mixture to the egg in parts, gently mix until smooth.
  7. I pour the dough into a mold greased with butter and send to preheated oven to 170 – 180 degrees, bake for 30-40 minutes.
  8. When the biscuit is ready, I take it out of the mold and cool it on bars.
  9. While the biscuit is cooling, I prepare the cream. Beat sour cream with sugar until it is completely dissolved.
  10. When the biscuit has cooled, I cut off the crusts from it, aligning it.
  11. I cut the remaining biscuit into three parts.
  12. I grease each part of the biscuit with sour cream, stacking on top of each other. I also carefully grease the biscuit cream with to the edges.
  13. I rub the cut crusts on a coarse grater, turning into baby
  14. I decorate the cake with sponge cake and grated chocolate.
  15. I leave the finished cake at room temperature for 1 hours, after which I put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
