Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 large wheat flour tortilla cakes
- 1 tbsp. l white wine cider vinegar or apple cider vinegar (by eye)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 Art. dark tamari soy sauce
- 1/8 Art. water (by eye)
- 1 tbsp. l light oil plus some more
- 4 sliced 2.5 cm long. Green onion stalk
- 2 beaten eggs and 2 egg yolks, salt
- Salt
- 2 tbsp. l honey

Recipe preparation:
- Mix honey with wine vinegar, sesame oil and soy sauce tamari, then add water, and transfer to a small ceramic a bowl for serving.
- In a large skillet with non-stick over high heat heat a tablespoon of oil. When it starts to smoke put the green onion and let it dry for 2 minutes to let the onion was crispy around the edges, and the greens were charred. Remove the pan from fire and add salted egg mixture. Stir and fry eggs, if necessary, briefly putting the pan back on fire, then transfer the eggs to a plate. Wipe the pan and sprinkle with butter and cakes.
- Fry with tortilla for 30 seconds, turn it over and place on top 1/4 part of green onions and eggs. Roll the tortillas triangles, fry until crisp outside, remove from pans. Repeat with the remaining ingredients and serve with honey dip sauce.
