  • 2 tbsp. l tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp. beef broth
  • 1 tbsp. tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp. chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp. quick cook
  • 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
  • 0.5 tbsp. (a couple of handfuls) grated pecorino romano cheese

Recipe preparation:
