Ingredients for the recipe:
- 900 gr. skinless boneless chicken breasts cubes
- 330 gr good beer, preferably mexican
- 400 gr. canned black beans washed under water
- 400 gr. canned red beans, washed under water
- 400 gr. canned motley pinto beans, washed under water
- 400 gr. sliced tomatoes in their own juice
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 onion, diced
- 330 gr good beer, preferably mexican
- 1 tbsp. l chili powder
- 1 tbsp. l ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 chopped canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (you can use less)
- 1/4 Art. cornmeal
- 5 limes, 1 squeezed, 4 sliced
- 450 gr grated mature cheddar
- 450 gr sour cream
- 5 ladies fingers tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro

Recipe preparation:
- In a large saucepan, heat olive oil at medium temperature. Add garlic and onion and cook for several minutes until the onion softens. Add chicken breasts and cook until the formation of a golden crust. Add three quarters of beer and bring to a boil. Add all the beans, tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper chipotle and mix everything. Bring the mixture to a boil, then cover and simmer for 1 hour.
- Combine the cornmeal with the remaining beer and mix, to make a paste. Add the resulting mixture to a chili dish, along with lime juice.
