  • 850 g washed and dried canned pinto beans
  • 2-4 Art. l vegetable oil
  • 2 chopped large onions
  • 8 chopped garlic cloves
  • 0.33 Art. and 2 tbsp. l chili powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp. l tomato paste
  • 1.75 Art. beef broth
  • 0.33 Art. brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • Grated cheddar cheese, sour cream, sliced avocado for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat 0.5 tbsp. l vegetable oil in a large pan over moderately high heat. Dry the beef, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry in batches of approximately 4 minutes, adding oil as needed. Put in a plate.
