Ingredients for the recipe:
- 900 gr. minced fillet (lumbar)
- 450 gr refried beans
- 4 peppers (ancho) blanched
- 2 large jalapenos
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 chopped large onion
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp. l caraway seeds
- 1 tbsp. l coriander
- 1 tbsp. l smoked sweet paprika
- 2 tbsp. l chili powder
- 0.25 Art. tomato paste
- 350 gr beer
- 2 tbsp. beef broth
- 1 pack of tortilla corn chips
- 2 tbsp. grated cheese
- 1 red chili
- 1 small marinated jalapeno peppers

Recipe preparation:
- Singe pepper blanched and 2 large jalapenos over an open fire on the stove or under the broiler in the oven, leaving the door ajar for steam to escape. Put seared peppers in a bowl and cover with cling film, leave until the peppers have cooled so that it was possible to process them further. Peel and Peel seed. Slice the peppers and chop in a food processor.

- Heat chili in a saucepan with the lid closed on moderate fire until it warms up, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile rinse the refried beans under running water and warm on a small pan over medium heat. Turn on the broiler in the oven and place the grid in the middle. When the chili is warm, remove the lid and garnish with tortilla chips. Sprinkle the chips with beans and cover everything with a layer of cheese, place the dish under the broiler until the cheese melted and slightly fried. Thinly chop the fresno pepper. Decorate chilli with nachos chopped fresno pepper and dried pickled jalapenos.
