Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1150 gr. beef neck, cut into large cubes, season salt and pepper
- 1150 gr. ground beef
- 4 cans (450 g each) canned pinto beans, drain liquid and rinse
- 4 cans (450 g each) of canned red Kidney bean, drain and rinse
- 1 can (400 gr.) Canned whole tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 6 cloves of garlic, pass through a press
- 600 gr beer
- 3 guajillo peppers, cut in strips with scissors
- 2 tbsp. l chili powder
- 1 tbsp. l ground cumin
- 1 tbsp. l oregano (oregano)
- 3/4 Art. cornmeal masa harina
- Pico de guayo, tortilla, sour cream and lime wedges for filing

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat a large thick-walled pan. Add oil and fry the meat over medium heat until crusty, 7 to 8 min Take out the meat and sauté the ground beef until brown, from 7 to 8 minutes Add garlic and fry for 2 minutes, then tomatoes, return the meat to the pan, and pour beer. Add pepper guajillo, and bring the sauce to a boil. Add the dry spices: chili, cumin, oregano, and salt 2 tbsp. l salt, simmer a little over high heat, and continue cooking, turning down the heat for 10 min. to combine flavors.
- In a separate bowl, dilute the cornmeal with sufficient amount of water, add cabbage to the sauce, boil until thick from 5 to 10 minutes; season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix red and pinto beans and simmer for 1 hours. Serve the dish with fresh Pico de Gaio salsa and tortillas tortilla, put a spoonful of sour cream for each serving, decorate slices of lime.
