  1. Fry the fillet in vegetable oil until white.
  2. Add onions, carrots, bell peppers. Mix. Fry a couple of minutes.
  3. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper, spices (hops-suneli, turmeric). Fry a couple of minutes.
  4. We put the washed rice in pots, I’m in each pot poured 1/2 cup (but you look at your pot).
  5. We lay out the chicken. Pour boiling water (at the rate of 1: 2, 1/2 st rice 1 tbsp boiling water). It is important that there is little left in the pot places as rice swells.
  6. Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
