Dinner in the oven is always very simple, does not take much time for cooking and so delicious! I made chicken thighs with potatoes in a delicious kefir marinade.

- In kefir add dried herbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well and pour chicken thighs with this mixture.
- Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
- Cut potatoes and bell peppers coarsely. Unfold in shape for baking.
- Put chicken thighs and tomatoes into slices on potatoes.
- Pour chicken over vegetables with marinade.
- Bake in a preheated oven 200º for about 1 hour.
