  1. We wash the rice and boil for 10-15 minutes, carrots – 20 minutes. Fillet cut the breast into thin strips, peeled sweet pepper with mushrooms – chop finely. Fry the spinach in oil.

  2. Put the prepared rice in a bowl, chopped boiled carrots, peppers, mushrooms, peas, corn, chicken eggs, ground pepper, salt and mix.

  3. Grease a deep bread pan with butter and spread the mixture (2/3 parts). We put the oven 180 degrees.

  4. We spread half the strips of the breast.

  5. Add the fried spinach.

  6. Leftover chicken breast.

  7. The remains of a mixture of eggs, rice and vegetables.

  8. Sprinkle the grated cheese for the terrine and put in oven for 40 minutes.

  9. We take out fragrant chicken terin, cool and release from forms. We cut the delicious snack into pieces, put it on plate and immediately serve.
