This recipe is from my childhood, as long as I can remember, during deficit times mom cooked this chicken for holidays and family celebrations. Now in abundance, this recipe does not seem so solemn and festive, but believe me, the taste of this tender meat will impress you. Only I upgraded a little or rather, I changed the recipe due to the fashion trend of PP, replacing mayonnaise with sour cream. - Rinse the chicken under running cold water. Cut it into 4 parts.
