A delicious dish of whole baked chicken soaked in a sleeve juice from dried apricots, prunes. Preparing at home is not difficult and does not require a lot of time to prepare the ingredients.

  1. In a volumetric bowl, mix pre-boiled rice with dried fruits, diced, lightly salt. (Hard fruits pre-soak in hot water for half an hour).
  2. Stuff the chicken carcass with rice with dried fruits.
  3. Grate with salt and pepper, fasten with a wooden toothpick.
  4. Remove the prepared carcass by hand for baking and put in shape.
  5. Put the chicken form in the oven for one hour at temperature of 180 degrees. Carefully remove the prepared chicken from the sleeves, cut with a sharp knife into portion parts, serve, decorating taste.
