In vain, chicken souffle is considered exclusively childish and diet dish. This is the most tender thing you can cook at home from Chicken. According to this recipe, we make a “basic” souffle. Can leave souffle in this form, but you can add spice to it with favorite spices, nuts or bacon. There is no room for creativity limited!

- Products:
- Pass the boiled chicken through a meat grinder or chop in blender.
- Separate the whites from the yolks and refrigerate. Yolks add butter and flour to the meat and mix until smooth masses.
- Pour in the milk and mix again.
- Beat chilled proteins with a pinch of salt until steady peaks. Then gently (preferably wooden or silicone spatula) insert the proteins into the dough and mix.
- Arrange the souffle in tins and put in preheated to 180 degrees oven. Bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
