  1. Rub carrots on a medium grater, finely chop the onion, send everything to oil (2 tbsp) and fry until soft.

  2. We carefully cut the bone off the chicken thighs (we leave the skin).

  3. Cut the meat so that a medium-sized slice is obtained. We put the oven 180 degrees.

  4. Stir fried carrots with onions with boiled rice and try the filling on the salt.

  5. Spread rice with vegetables on prepared hips, cover one side of the piece and the other.

  6. We roll the rolls, send them to the mold, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper, pour oil and put in the oven for 50 minutes.

  7. We take out the fragrant chicken rolls with rice and carrots, put on a plate and serve immediately.
