  1. We wash the chicken thighs, dry and carefully cut the bone, leave the skin. Hard-boiled eggs, peel and cut into two halves. We put the oven at 160 degrees.

  2. We beat off the hips through the film, sprinkle with salt and ground pepper.

  3. Minced pork (you can take mixed) mix with salt and divide into 6 parts. We evenly distribute the prepared chops stuffing.

  4. Sprinkle minced pepper, spread on one side half the eggs cut side down and wrap in a roll.

  5. Using this method, we prepare all the hips, place rolls on baking sheet with foil, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and put in oven for 45 minutes.

  6. We take out fragrant chicken rolls with minced meat and eggs and immediately serve on the table.
