  1. Skip the chicken or turkey fillet through a meat grinder. AT bowl mix minced meat, chopped onion, bun (previously soaked in milk and squeezed), salt, pepper. Knead well.
  2. Then, from the prepared meat, form meatballs (size a little more than a walnut).
  3. Put the meatballs in a ceramic baking dish, oiled and put in the oven for fifteen minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. For the sauce in a bowl, mix the cheese, finely chopped, garlic, passed through a press and finely chopped greens. Pour greasy cream, stir well.
  5. Carefully remove the pan from the oven and pour over the cooked cream sauce, put back in the oven for twenty minutes at that same temperature.
  6. Serve the finished dish with boiled pasta.
