  1. We wash the chicken liver, cut in half, sprinkle with salt and ground pepper. We put the oven 180 degrees.

  2. We cut long strips of bacon so that it is possible in one layer to wrap the liver pieces, and grease with mustard. Prepared wrap the liver with slices of bacon and mustard, fasten the edges with a toothpick and send to a baking sheet.

  3. Put the baking tray with the liver in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes, if the bacon starts to burn, cover with foil.

  4. We take out the delicious liver in bacon, transfer to a dish with arugula, sprinkle with diced sweet pepper and serve on table.
