- Wipe chicken legs with salt on all sides.
- Peel the garlic and rub on a fine grater.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, black and red pepper, turmeric.
- Put the legs in a container with a lid, pour the resulting marinade and send to the refrigerator for several hours. At least 3 hours; night was pickled.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Baking dish lightly grease with vegetable oil. Spread the legs and send to oven for 50-60 minutes.
- The last 10 minutes can be cooked in the grill mode.
