  7. The dough has already rested, roll out into a thin layer and cut on stripes 1 cm wide.
  8. I wrap the kebab in stripes of dough crosswise.
  9. Grease with yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and put in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 °.
