  1. Boil chicken eggs (3 pcs.) For 7 minutes, cool and clean. We put the oven 180 degrees.

  2. Soak the loaf in water, grate the potatoes coarsely, finely garlic rub. In the bowl, send the ready-made minced pork, add the garlic, thyme, paprika (1 tsp), ground pepper, salt, prepared potatoes and squeezed bun. Mix the workpiece well for roll.

  3. We send eggs (2 pcs.) To the meat blank and mix. Grease a deep rectangular shape with butter and sprinkle breadcrumbs. Spread half of the meat in the mold and add boiled eggs.

  4. Cover the eggs with the remnants of minced meat, evenly distribute, pour oil, sprinkle with paprika, cover with foil and put in oven for 1 hour 30 minutes.

  5. We take out the finished juicy minced meat roll with eggs, let stand 10 minutes, carefully remove from the form, transfer to a plate and serve immediately.
