- In ceramic baking dish with sample size 20 × 30cm put prepared vegetables – onions half rings, bell pepper (peeled seeds, partitions) straws, tomatoes, cut into small pieces, Cauliflower taken apart by inflorescences.
- Spread raw rice washed in several waters.
- Pour 150-200 ml of cold water into the vegetables. Lightly salt and Spice up.
- Put chicken drumstick or any other parts of the chicken, still salt, pepper.
- Cover with foil paper and put in the oven on fifty minutes. Then remove the foil, bake for another half an hour, stirring several times.
- Put the prepared drumstick on rice, sprinkled with herbs.
