  1. Bring the water to a boil, add salt and pour in a stream corn grits, constantly stirring with a whisk. Cook porridge 15 minutes.
  2. Cooking the filling. Rub on a coarse grater feta cheese and 50 gr. butter.
  3. We make porridge cakes and put the filling in the middle.
  4. We form balls and put them in a form greased with olive oil. On each ball we put a small piece of cream oils. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
  5. Serve with chopped herbs and sour cream. Have a nice appetite!
