Juicy and delicious pork neck dish that we stuff chicken breast and cook at home in foil and sleeve. Pork with chicken stew for a long time in their own juice and turn out incredibly gentle, melting in your mouth.

Wash the pork neck and make deep cuts (5 pcs.) On top piece, but not completely cut.

In a bowl, mix seasoning for pork, rosemary, ground pepper and salt (1 tsp). Rub the prepared pork with oil, a mixture of spices, cover and cool for at least 2 hours.

Chicken fillet cut into pieces, garlic – into slices. On filet put garlic slices and place in the neck cuts for 2-3 piece.

Stuffed piece of pork with chicken we tie the culinary twine or threads folded 4-5 times.

In oil, fry the prepared piece on all sides, until turns red.

Wrap the pork neck with chicken in how many layers of foil, put in a sleeve for baking, close the edges, send to baking sheet and put in the oven at 240 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 190 degrees and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes.

We take out the prepared stuffed pork with chicken, leave on 15 minutes, then open, free from twine and serve.
