  1. Cut the mushrooms not too finely, cut the onion into cubes, fry the mushrooms with onions in a pan with heated oil. Salt and Spice up.
  2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add to the mushrooms. Pour in the cream mix well.
  3. Beat chicken, salt, pepper. To form flat cakes, put fried mushrooms in the center, roll up, shaping “bombs”, if necessary, stab with a toothpick or pull by threads. Wrap in foil (pre-grease the foil vegetable oil).
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and let the “bombs” brown for another 5–10 minutes.
