  1. Dice chicken and send to fry on a frying pan.
  2. Chop the onion and chop the mushrooms.
  3. Throw the finished chicken on a plate and start to fry the mushrooms until they give juice, then add onion to them and continue to fry until the onions are transparent.
  4. Add chicken to the finished products and mix.
  5. Add butter and melt to the stewpan, add flour and quickly mix so that there are no lumps.
  6. Then add milk and leave on fire until thickening.
  7. Put chicken and mushrooms in the mold, pour sauce on top and sprinkle grated cheese.
  8. Send to the oven (180C) for 20 minutes. PLEASANT APPETIT !!!
